We are a Building Performance Contractor Located in Northern Maine.

Installations Unlimited was formed in Northern Maine when a local building contractor wanted to bring more than good looks to homes and businesses. We wanted to allow people to manage their buildings indoor climate and help them understand where the building is and where it could be in terms of air leakage and energy usage.

We wanted to make sure the materials and installation process would perform long down the road. Performance is where the difference is. From the ground up we can make sure your building performs the way it should against the harsh climate.
